  • ¾ cup water
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain the soaked cashews and add them to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed. Adust to taste preferences by adding more nutritional yeast, soy sauce, lemon juice, or spices!
