USA SHIPMENTS ONLY - We do not ship out of the USA or to Canada.
When Will My Order Be Shipped? - We do our best to ship the products out ASAP - either same day or next business day (Mon-Fri) via UPS GROUND or USPS Priority Mail for small packages to ensure quick delivery of products. Occasionally items can be out of stock and we will let you know this at the time of order. It is rare for us to be out of stock on any item. We will e-mail you the UPS tracking number after we ship.
How Will My Order Be Shipped? - All large packages are shipped via UPS ground. If quicker UPS shipping is needed we can figure out what the additional cost would be to your zip code. Next Day Air shipping is very expensive for a heavy package - around $50. No P.O. Boxes for UPS shipping. Small packages 1 pound or less are usually shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Military Addresses - To ship to these addresses require your package to be shipped via fully insured Priority Mail. The cost of shipping will be HIGHER (for more than a 1 pound package) to ship to these areas since we cannot ship the package UPS ground. For a heavy breast pump package it can range from $22.00 to $34.00 depending on location and weight of package. We will add the upgraded portion to your order amount for AK, HI, & PR.
Accessories purchased at the same time along with a breast pump are shipped for free.

Due to too many fraudulent transactions, we no longer
accept personal checks.
Since breastfeeding products are personal hygiene items - all sales are final. We want to ensure to all of our customers that the products are brand new, never used, touched, etc. The retail stores locally and other online stores also do not take returns on breast pumps for this same reason. If a company does take returns on breast pumps they could be selling you a returned and opened pump! It is illegal in several states to sell used breast pumps. All of our breast pumps are brand new and under full warranty. If we do end up with a new item returned (within 10 days of purchase) in original new sealed condition only we will charge a 15% restocking fee to cover our costs involved. Also, shipping costs involved are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on used products - only products that are new in original packaging in unused condition. Any merchandise returned to us must be issued a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA#) - please contact us first.

ARE THE BREAST PUMPS NEW? - Since our prices are so low we get asked that question a lot. All of our pumps as stated are brand new, latest model, direct from the manufacturer, never touched, used, etc. and under full warranty. We are authorized retailers.
HOW CAN WE SELL FOR SUCH A LOW PRICE? - We are a family owned company with low overhead costs. We also buy in large quantities to get the best price. Our markup is VERY LOW. We promote breastfeeding and we want to make breastfeeding affordable for all mothers.
WARRANTIES - All warranty issues are taken care of directly through the manufacturer. If you have problem with an Ameda/Hollister breast pump call them directly at 1-877-99-AMEDA. If you have a problem with a Medela breast pump call them directly at 1-800-435-8316.

SHOULD I BUY OR USE A USED BREAST PUMP? - It is not recommended by manufacturers such as Medela and Ameda to use a previously used breast pump. The reason being is there is evidence that bacteria and certain serious viruses, including HIV-Human Immunodeficiency Virus (AIDS), and HTLV-1 (Human T-Cell Leukemia Virus Type 1) may be transmittable through breast milk. For this reason, it is not advisable to use a previously owned breast pump. Breastpumps are single-user products, or personal care items, much like a toothbrush. Breast pumps should never be resold or shared among mothers. This eliminates any risk of cross-contamination.
